I’m a personal trainer who’s passionate about helping others achieve their goals. Most trainers' learning ends with their certification. In my opinion, that’s only the beginning.
 

I’ve done just about every fitness and nutrition plan there is (or have at least educated myself on it). There’s a lot of information out there. Let me help you sort through it and show you what really works.
